Kerala HC Directs Appellate Authority to Consider Application for Restoration of Appeal - 20.06.2025

Kerala High Court has restored an application which was dismissed due to non-appearance of the counsel after noting that the counsel could not appear as the listing date was not updated on Case Information System Software.
