Delhi HC: MD Appointing Sole Arbitrator after Failure of Appointment Violates SC’s Mandate - 19.06.2025

Delhi High Court has observed that an arbitration clause allowing appointment of sole arbitrator by Managing Director of the Company if there is failure of appointment by mutual consent violates Supreme Court’s mandate emphasizing party autonomy, impartiality.
