SC: Cannot Extend Compassionate Appointments to Absurd Limits - 19.06.2025

Supreme Court while denying compassionate appointment to the petitioner who was the son of Principal Commissioner, Central Excise, has stated that compassionate appointments cannot be stretched to absurd limits.
