Calcutta HC Directs Implementation of MGNREGA Scheme after Three Year Hiatus - 19.06.2025

Calcutta High Court has directed implementation of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA) scheme prospectively from 01st August, 2025 after three year hiatus over embezzlement allegations.
