Calcutta HC Orders Interim Stay on Preparation of New OBC list by Government - 18.06.2025

Calcutta High Court has directed stay on the preparation of new Other Backward Caste (OBC) list by the West Bengal Government which includes new castes in the state's list of existing OBC classes.
