Delhi HC: It is State’s Duty to Ensure that Every Person in Custody is Kept Safe - 17.06.2025

Delhi High Court has observed that it is the duty of the State to ensure that every person who is in custody is kept safe and secure from themselves as well as other such inmates who are present therein.
