Kar. HC Issues Notice to State on Challenge to Order that Bike Aggregators Can’t Operate in State - 16.06.2025

Kar. HC has issued notice to State government and others on appeals challenging an order passed by the Single Judge holding that bike taxi aggregators like Rapido, Uber and others cannot operate in the state unless the State government issues guidelines and rules under the Motor Vehicles Act.
