Bom HC: Every Prisoner Has to Follow Rules & Can’t Be Allowed to Bring Prohibited Articles in Prison - 13.06.2025

Bombay HC has observed that every prisoner has to follow the rules and regulations and nobody can be allowed to bring the prohibited articles inside the prison. Therefore, finding a prohibited article in possession of prisoner would definitely liable to be dealt with as per the disciplinary rules.
