J&K HC: If Act of Accused Falls Under General Exceptions, No Need to Wait for Submission of Proof - 11.06.2025

J&K High Court has observed that once it is clearly discernible from the allegations made in the complaint that the act of the accused falls within the General Exceptions under Chapter IV of IPC, there is no need to wait for submission of proof on behalf of the accused.
