Mad. HC: Funds Payable to States by Centre Towards Discharging RTE Obligations Not be Linked to NEP - 11.06.2025

Madras HC has observed that implementation of Samagra Siksha Scheme is aligned to NEP 2020 but obligation under Right to Education Act, 2009 is independent. Therefore, funds payable to States representing the Centre’s share towards discharging RTE obligations need not be linked to NEP 2020.
