Bom HC : Pensioner’s Full Claim to be Paid for Heart Transplant at Pvt. Hospital - 09.06.2025

Bombay High Court held that a pensioner undergoing heart transplant is entitled to decide on a private hospital for the procedure in all empanelled hospitals under Govt. scheme for employees. Court further stated that employee will be entitled to full reimbursement of his undisputed expenditure
