DHC : Right to Indefinitely Occupy Public Land Cannot be Claimed by Encroachers - 09.06.2025

Delhi High Court while dismissing a batch of 40 petitions which granted stay against the eviction of 1200 persons, directed DDA to relocate them to EWS flats. Court further added that residents must have documentary evidence showing their names in electoral rolls.
