Delhi HC: While Investigating NDPS Cases Efforts Should Be Made to Use Technological Means - 06.06.2025

Delhi HC has observed that the use of technology enhances efficacy & transparency of police investigation and assures fairness. Therefore, ideally while investigating cases under NDPS Act, 1985 every effort should be made by investigating agency to use technological means in aid of investigation.
