SC to Consider Whether Courts Can Hear Disputes Relating to Properties of Erstwhile Princely States - 03.06.2025

Supreme Court is set to consider whether Courts under Article 363 of the Constitution of India have the jurisdiction to hear disputes relating to the properties of erstwhile princely states mentioned under pre-constitutional covenants.
