Gujarat HC Grants Leave to Complainant under Section 12 Despite Completion of Inquiry - 02.06.2025

Gujarat High Court has allowed a government woman employee to remain on leave under Section 12 of POSH Act, 2013 even though the inquiry was complete on the ground that the perpetrator of the sexual harassment to the petitioner is sitting next to her.
