Kerala HC: Can’t Liberally Construe Benefit of S. 14 Limitation Act Just to Save a Lis - 02.06.2025

Kerala High Court has held that Section 14 of the Limitation Act,1963 permitting extension of limitation period for filing a suit cannot be construed liberally, just to save a lis.
