J&K HC: Seniority of ReT Teachers to be Computed from Date of Appointment as General Line Teacher - 28.05.2025

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that seniority of Rehbar-E-Taleem (ReT) teachers must be computed from the date of appointment as a general line teacher and the pre-regularization period of five years shall not be included for the purpose of fixing seniority.
