SC Sets Aside Contempt Proceedings Initiated by Allahabad High Court against Outlook Journalists - 08.07.2016

Supreme Court has set aside the Allahabad High Court's suo motu contempt proceedings against Outlook journalists who had covered the Ghaziabad Provident Fund scam in 2008.
