Delhi HC: Eviction Order Will be Vitiated in Absence of Show Cause Notice under Senior Citizen Rules - 28.05.2025

Delhi High Court has held that in absence of a show cause notice under Rule 22(3)(1)(iv)(v) of the Delhi Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Rules, 2009 an eviction order shall be vitiated.
