Delhi HC: Encroachers Can’t Claim Right to Continue Occupying Public Land Pending Resolution - 28.05.2025

Delhi High Court has observed that encroachers have no vested right to claim continued occupation of public land pending the resolution of their rehabilitation claims under the applicable policy.
