SC: P&H HC Needs to Take Firm Stand for Ensuring Proper Bar Election in Haryana - 28.05.2025

SC while criticizing P&H State Bar Council for not taking firm stand regarding irregularities in bar election, has remarked that if procedure has not been followed the statutory body should firmly say procedure has not been followed and would like that elections be held afresh in transparent manner.
