Supreme Court Emphasizes on Delay in Trial of UAPA, MCOCA Cases - 28.05.2025

SC while emphasizing on delay in trial of cases under laws like UAPA, 1967 and MCOCA, 1999 has stated that the most effective recourse can be the establishment of dedicated courts to whom the trials under the special statutes can be entrusted, without giving them any other civil or criminal cases.
