Delhi HC: DLSA Must Give Reasons While Deciding Quantum of Compensation u/s 357A of CrPC - 27.05.2025

Delhi High Court has directed that while deciding the quantum of compensation to be granted under Section 357A(5) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 the District Legal Services Authority must apply their mind and give reasons.
