J&K HC: Cannot Pass Interim Directions Under Order 39 Rule I & II of CPC against Non-Parties - 26.05.2025

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has held that it is not the scope of Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 to pass interim directions against a person who is not a party to the suit or the appeal.
