Supreme Court Seeks Centre’s Views on Reforms in the Sex Education Policy - 26.05.2025

Supreme Court while hearing a matter relating to conviction of a man under the POCSO Act, 2012, has sought Central Government’s views on reforms in the sex education policy and real-time tracking and data collection of cases under POCSO Act, 2012.
