SC: No Need for Written Agreement to Arbitrate Between Parties to Attract S. 11 of SARFAESI Act - 26.05.2025

SC has held that Section 11 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 provides for a statutory arbitration for any dispute mentioned therein between any of the parties and there is no need for an explicit written agreement to arbitrate between such parties in order to attract Section 11 of the SARFAESI Act.
