SC: Once CAPFs Declares as OGAS All Benefits Should Naturally Flow - 26.05.2025

Supreme Court has observed that when Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) have been declared as Organised Group-A Services (OGAS), all benefits available to OGAS should naturally flow to the CAPFs. It cannot be that they are granted one benefit and denied the other.
