SC: Can Allow Prosecution to Produce Docs. Omitted to be Submitted with Chargesheet - 26.05.2025

SC has observed that if there is an omission on part of the prosecution in forwarding the relied upon documents to the Magistrate, even after chargesheet is submitted, the prosecution can be permitted to produce additional documents which were gathered prior to or subsequent to the investigation.
