Kerala State Information Commission: Under RTI Act Bar Associations are ‘Public Authorities’ - 23.05.2025

Kerala State Information Commission has held that all Bar Associations functioning in Kerala fall under the ambit of 'public authority' as per sections 2(h)(d) and 2 (h)(ii) of the Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005.
