Supreme Court Upholds Constitutional Validity of Kerala's Luxury Tax on Cable TV - 23.05.2025

Supreme Court has upheld Kerala luxury tax as constitutionally valid and affirmed the state's power to tax cable TV services under Entry 62 of State List as “luxury.”
