Kerala HC: Pendency of Civil Suit No Bar on Directing Eviction of Aggressor from Shared Household - 22.05.2025

Kerala HC while observing that pendency of civil suit is no bar on directing eviction of aggressor from shared household under Domestic Violence Act, 2005 , has observed that what is significant is the right of residence of the aggrieved person in the shared household.
