SC: JJ Act, 2015 Confers No Power Upon Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) to Review its Own Orders - 21.05.2025

SC has held that the JJ Act, 2015 confers no power upon Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) to review its own orders. It is trite law that power of review is either statutorily conferred or by necessary implication. No such power of JJB is traceable under the JJ Act, 2015.
