NCLAT: NCLT Can Direct Forwarding a Copy of its Order to Relevant Statutory Authorities - 20.05.2025

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) while exercising its inherent jurisdiction under Rule 11 of the NCLT Rules, 2016 has the authority to direct that a copy of its order be forwarded to relevant statutory authorities for necessary action.
