Supreme Court: Can’t Use Statement of One Accused against Another - 20.05.2025

SC has observed that the fundamental cannon of criminal jurisprudence is that a statement of one accused person cannot be used against another co-accused person. The limited exceptions to this general principle are inculpatory confessions.
