Supreme Court: Minimum Practice of 3 Years Mandatory to Enter Judicial Service - 20.05.2025

Supreme Court has restored the condition that a minimum practice of three years as an advocate is mandatory for entering judicial services. This condition however will not apply to recruitment process already initiated by High Courts.
