Delhi HC: Any Person in India Has Right to Legally Import Goods from Abroad and Sell the Same - 19.05.2025

Delhi High Court while dealing with the case of Western Digital Technologies aggrieved by import of its hard disk drives, has held that any person in India has the right to legally import goods from abroad bearing the trademarks of an entity and sell the same in India.
