Delhi High Court: No Immunity Under FEMA for Offence Covered Under IPC - 16.05.2025

Delhi High Court has observed that no immunity is granted to any person under the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 for an offence committed under the Indian Penal Code, 1860 as both the statutes address different and distinct infractions of law.
