SC: Construction of Residential Premises to Commercial Complexes to be Stayed in Relevant Areas - 16.05.2025

SC while dealing with illegal constructions taking place in Chandni Chowk in Delhi has directed that construction of residential premises to commercial complexes shall be stayed in relevant areas & no further construction to convert the residential houses into complexes shall be allowed at the site.
