Delhi HC: Mere Suspicion of an Affair does Not Meet Threshold of Section 306 of IPC - 15.05.2025

Delhi High Court has stated that with respect to charge under Section 306 IPC, the law requires a clearly discernible act of instigation, provocation, or intentional omission. Mere suspicion of an affair or even strained relations, without more, does not meet this threshold.
