SC: Married Daughter Presumed to be Financially Supported by Husband - 15.05.2025

SC while dismissing plea of a married daughter claiming compensation for motor accident of her deceased mother, has observed that once a daughter is married, presumption is that she now has rights on her matrimonial household and is also financially supported by her husband or his family.
