SC: CO of Another Unit can Hold Summary Court Martial against Accused - 06.07.2016

SC has held that armed forces can conduct Summary Court Martial and it's permissible for a Commanding Officer (CO) of one unit to hold such proceedings against an accused belonging to another unit.
