SC: It Is Difficult to Accept that Every Form of Playing Cards Involves Moral Turpitude - 15.05.2025

SC while restoring election of a man to a Cooperative Society’s board of directors who was disqualified over conviction for gambling in public has observed that it is difficult to accept that every form of playing cards involves moral turpitude, especially when done for entertainment and time pass.
