SC: UP Govt. Lays Down Guidelines for Invocation of Gangsters Act - 15.05.2025

Uttar Pradesh government has framed guidelines in relation to invocation of the provisions of Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 after Supreme Court asked it to consider laying down such guidelines while considering the case of a person booked under the Act.
