Delhi HC: JD Cannot Move Objections u/s 47 of CPC against Execution of Award - 14.05.2025

Delhi High Court has observed that a judgment debtor (JD) cannot move objections under Section 47 of CPC, 1908 against application for execution of award under Section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
