McDonald's Wins EU 'Mac' and 'Mc' Trademark Dispute - 06.07.2016

McDonald's has won a trademark dispute in a European Court (EU) that could prevent another company from using any combination of the terms "Mac" or "Mc" to sell food or drinks.
