Gujarat HC Allows Minor Rape Survivor to Undergo Termination of 33-Week Pregnancy - 13.05.2025

Gujarat High Court has allowed a minor rape survivor to undergo termination of 33-week pregnancy and stated that the procedure of termination shall be done after taking all possible care and caution and after making arrangements for all the medical facilities.
