NCLAT: To Satisfy Requirement of S.8 Service of Demand Notice on Registered E-Mail of CD Sufficient - 12.05.2025

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that to meet the requirements of Section 8 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 issuance of a demand notice to the registered email address of the corporate debtor is sufficient.
