Sikkim HC: Section 29A as Amended in 2019 is Applicable on All Arb. Proceedings Pending at the Time - 12.05.2025

Sikkim High Court has held that Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended by the 2019 Amendment shall be applicable on all the arbitration proceedings pending at the time the amendment came into force.
