SC: When Constitutional Courts Pass Directions Every Authority is Bound by it - 12.05.2025

SC has observed that when a Constitutional Court issues any direction, every authority howsoever high he or she may be, is bound to respect the said orders and comply with the same. Disobedience of the orders passed by the Court attacks foundation of rule of law on which democracy is based.
