NCLAT: If there is Existence of Arbitration Clause NCLT Can’t Adjudicate Disputed Contractual Claims - 05.05.2025

NCLAT Chennai bench has observed that NCLT is not the appropriate forum to adjudicate a disputed contractual claim if there is existence of an arbitration clause in the contract.
